De Kuyper Crème de Menthe - Green - 50cl

Like other "crème de" liqueurs, this term comes from the French "crème de la creme" meaning best of the best - not that the liqueur contains cream. "Menthe" is French for mint. To make their Crème de Menthe liqueur, De Kuyper use oil extracted from fresh mint leaves which is then distilled and infused into a fine spirit.

Once made, the blend is then left to marry for several weeks to develop a fuller flavour. The finished liqueur is a vivid green with intense aromas and flavours of fresh mint.

De Kuyper Crème de Menthe can be served neat or over crushed ice as a Cool Mint Frappé and is also a vital ingredient in the follpwing cocktail recipes found on in-the-spirit:
